Vendor Terms and Conditions for Uru

1. Platform Role

• Uru provides listing, transaction, and booking infrastructure
• Uru acts as an intermediary and is not the seller or logistics provider

2. Vendor Eligibility and Obligations

• Vendor must be at least 18 and legally authorized to operate in Nigeria
• Registration information must be accurate and current
• Listings, pricing, fulfilment, and customer communications must be professional and lawful

3. Orders, Bookings, Payments, and Delivery

• Vendors must fulfil confirmed orders/bookings promptly
• Payments are processed through Paystack
• Delivery may involve Terminal Africa, Sendbox, and Konga Logistics
• Vendor remains responsible for packaging accuracy, item quality, and fulfilment compliance

4. Refunds, Disputes, and Enforcement

• Vendors are primarily responsible for returns and refunds
• Uru may facilitate disputes and enforce justified refund outcomes
• Refund amounts may be deducted from vendor balances where applicable

5. Data Protection, Suspension, and Law

• Vendors must comply with NDPA and handle customer data only for fulfilment
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach, fraud, or repeated service failures
• Agreement is governed by Nigerian law and disputes are subject to Nigerian courts after amicable resolution attempts
